General Shipping Information
The Hoover® FloorMate® Hard Floor Cleaner offer is only available for shipping to the 48 US Contiguous States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada, The Virgin Islands, Guam, a PO Box, an APO, or other military address. These addresses can still be used for a billing address, but you will need to ship to a street address within the 48 US Contiguous States.
The Hoover® FloorMate® Hard Floor Cleaner ships free with either standard shipping (with 3 payments of $49.99) or priority shipping (with 1 payment of $149.97). If you add additional items to your cart, you will be charged for shipping of the additional items based on the total dollar value of the additional items ordered before sales tax in US Dollars (excludes value of Trial Package). See shipping rates in chart below. All orders will be processed for shipment within one to two business days. Shipment and delivery days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. We do not make Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Standard shipping
If you select standard shipping, you should receive your order at your shipping address within 5-7 business days.
Priority shipping
Orders receiving priority shipping will be processed before orders receiving standard shipping. You should receive your order in 3-5 business days.
